I have had today the worst customer service in my life time. Mini of manhattan didnt want to accept my car due to their past poor service they had given me which i answered on their survey. Kristin is a fantastic salesperson. She did not pressure me, and I was able to find exactly what I was looking for. I came into to Mini at my leisure and ended up finding "the one" on Mini of Manhattan's sh me, and I was able to find exactly what I was looking for. John Genese graciously took care of my transitioning me from old to new, which I must admit, was an emotional experience. John made the process so much easier.
