I have to say my father was going to buy his car one day but because of Sasha's general knowledge of the Mini Cooper and his personality he purchased it that day. Thanks Sasha. More

Me and my fiance were on the market for a new or pre-owned vehicle that was good on performance as well as gas mileage. Sales service was friendly and the employees were very polite and respectful. This played a major part in our purchase decision since we were not greeted at Dodge or Mazda, we looked passed the cars and left. I told my fiance: "hey, they snooze, they lose". So, in that, we bypassed every brand that had poor salesmanship. When we went to Mini Cooper USA, they were so good that we walked away with a purchase. I was looking for a new car, and was considering a Mini Cooper. So I called up Mini of Manhattan, and was lucky enough to be connected on the phone with Alexander Sasha Lezhen. He told me that the car I had seen advertised online, a cute blue 10th Anniversary Edition, was still available. So I hopped a cab, arriving there at 4 p.m., and Sasha has me test drive that car--my first experience driving a Mini. It was surprisingly comfortable, and I loved how the car handled, zipping up the West Side Highway. So right then and there, an hour later, I decided to buy it. Sasha sold it to me at a great price; I came by the next day to pick it up after Sasha made sure that it was fully detailed and sparklingly shiny. Sasha spent about an hour and a half showing me every feature and control of the car, from front to back--and even took the time to get me signed on to my Sirius satellite radio subscription and to enter my favorite stations on the pre-sets. I drove the car home, and Sasha called me that evening to make sure that I was happy. Sasha is a great guy--friendly, not pushy, truly helpful. Buying the car was not the agonizing experience I had expected, but a truly fun and memorable one. I'll be sure to return there and to ask for Sasha, whenever I may be ready to purchase another car!
