Great Staff I really enjoyed my experience at MINI of Manhattan. I absolutely adore Sasha. He is a true sales man. after purchasing my over priced car that depreciated by $10,000 already in less then 6 months, Im unhappy I was never told to expect a title in the mail for the car thinking it was finance and they hold on $10,000 already in less then 6 months, Im unhappy I was never told to expect a title in the mail for the car thinking it was finance and they hold on to the title till you pay off the car. me not knowing, my title gets lost, mailed to wrong address, after I move to florida I realize all this and cant register my car. If I knew to expect a title in the mail I would follow up every month till I got it. I called up the dealer for help since I have no clue what to do, got transferred 4 times someone was to call me back, nobody did, then called back again the girl on phone was very rude and blamed everything on me. bottom line they are very nice to you to make the sale but once you buy it they don't care. don't shop here find another dealer. btw im still without a title and I have to do detective work to ask for a duplicate. thanks for nothing. My husband and I had the best experience with Alexander when it came to becoming Motorers with Mini Cooper for the first time. We started out by testing the waters of leasing a Mini Cooper Countryman and were torn between the three different models. With Alex's expertise, we were able to get the perfect Mini for us, without ever feeling "sold to" or pressured into getting anything we didn't want. We were extremely impressed with his quick and thoughtful response to our many questions, whether it be by phone or email. Overall we highly recommend Mini of Manhattan and especially Alexander. You will be in fantastic hands. More
I have been a Mini owner since I bought my first one (Mini Hardtop) in 2006. I had the car until this year, and after realizing that I do more traveling than I used to and need the extra room, decided t (Mini Hardtop) in 2006. I had the car until this year, and after realizing that I do more traveling than I used to and need the extra room, decided to upgrade to a Countryman S. My father was helping me purchase the car and was leaving the country in less than 48 hours, so we needed to get the deal done quickly. Sasha was our dealer, and literally sat with us from open to close in one day, and patiently went through the entire process with us. I successfully walked away, a proud owner of a new All4 Countryman S, and am very happy with my experience at the dealership. More

From the first minute I walked into MINI of Manhattan to the moment I motored out in my brand new British Racing Green MINI Cooper S, the experience was just perfect! I was a walk-in and was greeted immedia the moment I motored out in my brand new British Racing Green MINI Cooper S, the experience was just perfect! I was a walk-in and was greeted immediately by a receptionist who offered me something to drink and made me feel totally comfortable. Within minutes of browsing, Sasha came to greet me. He was the opposite of any negative stereotypes I had of car salesmen. There was no "hard sell" or pressure-- he was just super friendly, had answers for all of my questions and, best of all, had a clear passion for what he does and the brand he sells! I fell in love with MINI almost immediately and Sasha was incredibly helpful in making sure I understood the benefits of each model/option, etc. He quickly found me the exact car I was looking for and then took care of me every step of the way as I completed the purchase. I did nothing besides pay-- he took care of every step of dealing with transferring my plates, going to the DMV, figuring out my trade-in, helping me deal with my insurance carrier. It was just so easy! Then he gave my sister a toy MINI car of her own, took photos of me with my new MINI before I drove away and immediately texted that night to check in on how motoring home had gone. Sasha was the greatest and I wholeheartedly recommend MINI of Manhattan to anyone in the market! More
Worst service I have ever had. They do not pick up the phone. They do not return your calls. I dropped off my car on a Thursday, it still wasn't diagnosed by Monday. One person was honest enough to say that they were short on 'service agents' and swamped with cars and that's why my car hadn't even been looked at. The manager was passive aggressive, didn't apologize and told me I was getting my car Tuesday. Tuesday became Wednesday. I am not confident that they know what they are doing. Horrible, horrible communication and service is lacking. Very concerning. More
Sahsa was a DREAM to work with, I was a first time car buyer and was nervous about buying a used car. you hear stories and I wanted the best. I was moving form NYC to Upstate NY and wanted a Mini Cooper e buyer and was nervous about buying a used car. you hear stories and I wanted the best. I was moving form NYC to Upstate NY and wanted a Mini Cooper ever since I was 13.I saw the movie Italian Job and was hooked, (the dealership has a signed poster with the cast in the hall) Sasha welcomed me and was so much fun to take a test drive with. We drove up the West side Highway and it was so much fun to handle on the road. Driving it every day is like driving a Go-Kart. When it came to buying I wanted to take the weekend to think about it and also shop around. I went to a dealership in Queens and had the complete opposite experience! Lets just say in the Dealership in Queens the car hadn't been cleaned properly and My partner found a few pairs of dirty panties in the back seat pocket!!!!! I went straight back to Mini of Manhattan and bought the car there... Sasha helped me over the weekend on a Sunday!! we emailed back and fourth and he helped me get all the paperwork with my insurance company and my bank statements together so that Monday morning I could drive away with my new car! Sasha got me the plates the registration and the inspection all taken care of. My partner and I left to have breakfast and he took care of the rest! I can't not tell you ENOUGH it was worth every penny I spent on my Mini. it was the best car buying experience I could have had. Sasha your the best! P.S. Its been a month and I love my car even more now then when I bought it. My partner and I have already registered and taken the time off to participate in Mini takes the states in July 2014. Over 90% of the time,when you enter any dealership you are immediately Hounded with the Pressure to Buy today!!!That aggressive atmosphere could make anyone feel like they are in Scene from the Sopranos,Not at Mini of Manhattan it is a totally opposite experience!!!As soon as you walk into the Mini of Manhattan dealership you will feel like you're in the Willy Wonka's Chocolate Factory of Mini Coopers!!From the super-clean restrooms,totally immaculate colorful showroom too a very impressive friendly "Sales Staff" that greet you.I,suggest even if you're not shopping for a Mini Cooper you should visit their showroom, it will be like a trip to the Javits Auto Show without the admission. As a consumer,this is what you should compare your dealership expectations too,whether it's your first car(new or used),a replacement vehicle, or a added addition. I,guarantee you will not be disappointed! My salesperson was Kristin Massara,she was totally friendly & accommodating, she was extremely knowledgeable about the product(Mini Paceman JCW edition), and was able to come through and fulfill my expectations without any added pressure. She continuously return my calls&emails, kept me up to date on the vehicle's status during production.Kristin was able to accommodate me without a hassle on a specific delivery date.. This was my first Mini Cooper and it would not be the last that I,would purchase from Kristin! One of Mini of Manhattan's Sales Managers is Catherine Clark, she was a extreme pleasure to deal with.. Totally Professional and Courteous.. Many times when you deal with the sales manager at a dealership, they can come off like an angry college basketball coach, or have a major chip on their shoulders!. That can be a total turnoff when buying a car... Again,a total opposite feeling,the consumer comes first with her. I,thank Catherine for making the deal very pleasant. Finally, The last person you will deal with at any dealership, is known as the warranty-finance-accessory-guy,..At Mini of Manhattan,it is Peter Rizkalla the vehicle protection consultant.. He was one of the best I've seen in this Field. Not once did he pressure me to buy unnecessary items. He was extremely informative and thorough with everything.He was on time in accommodating me with the accessories I,ordered.The vehicle was prepped up perfectly upon arrival, Peter never once gave that typical attitude:"Sign on The Dotted Line or Else You'll Be Sorry!!".. It was Pressure Free dealing with Him, The first time I've ever felt this way at any dealership. Lastly and more importantly, I would personally like to inform the BMW/Mini corporation of the outstanding & hard employees they have working for them at this flagship. Many times things go unnoticed or a corporation pays attention to the complaints when it is too late.The BMW/Mini product Quality does sell itself! But,This All Around Successful Winning Combination at Mini of Manhattan is the difference between being in the World Series,or being a Spectator in The Fall Classics! They all are your clutch players, and they were the tiebreakers when it came to this deal!!! This was my first review, of any product,and was totally unsolicited!!! More
