To me one of the most important aspects of my job is determining what each individual client needs and catering my self to occomidate said needs. Kyle Fetters did just that for me and I truly appreciated that. I am a no nonsense kind of person and I don't suffer fools or people blowing smoke up my skirt. I don't need a lot of hand holding or stroking. What I do need is efficiency and someone that LISTENS & Believes what I am saying. Sometimes....as a woman... both of those things are ignored.:( I came in knowing exactly what I wanted & had worked out a price before I arrived... Driving in from out of town... Time was of the essence and a critical element in my deal. Kyle listened... Believed... Made the deal work in my time frame. I left with a new car and a very efficant and painless experience... After test driving the Minis, informed Lisa that I was looking for used GTI (manual). She contacted me as soon as one became available. It was a stressful time for me at work and with dealing with the insurance company. Lisa did try to get me the price that I was looking for. Thankful to Lisa for everything that she did on my behalf. Love the new Mini Cooper I love my new Mini Cooper. It is such fun to drive and great on gas mileage. It even has enough room that 3 people went camping in it this past weeken I love my new Mini Cooper. It is such fun to drive and great on gas mileage. She was very friendly, knows everything about the car and gave me a great tour of everything inside and outside of the car when I picked it up.
