The service light came on and one quick call to a Eric at Mini of Las Vegas and I was on the schedule for the next day. He explained all the possibilities and assured me that he would find the problem with m Mini of Las Vegas and I was on the schedule for the next day. He explained all the possibilities and assured me that he would find the problem with minimal disruption. The service team quickly fixed the problem and while they were at it, changed the wiper blades and the key fob battery, just to make sure everything was up to date. Kudos to Eric and Mini of Las Vegas. More
Chris Uhles ordered my 2017 JCW and I received it just in time for Christmas December 23, 2016. During the building of my custom order Chris would send me updates informing me of the progress of my new car up to and including a picture of it on the transport covered in white paper. I arrived at the dealership to find it in the showroom with a big red bow on top and full of gas. I continue to return to the dealership for service and am always taken care of by Dawn Trail. She is very professional and always very helpful. On Tuesday December 20, 2022 it was my last day of "extended warranty" coverage. I will continue to drive from northern Arizona (which is about 200 miles) to have this dealership take care of my car. I trust them to keep my Mini in "Tip Top" shape. They have made my ownership of my first Mini a wonderful and exciting experience everytime I get behind the wheel. More
