Dawn is the best Service Advisor. Dawn is the reason I keep going back to the Mini dealer in Las Vegas. Yes it's expensive, but unless you find a reliable mechanic truly knowledgeable Dawn is the reason I keep going back to the Mini dealer in Las Vegas.
