I work at the San Diego mini dealership and was on vacation encountered a flat tire. Called the Las Vegas service department and Don in service helped me out . As a “drop-in” with an ongoing problem I was taken in for what turned out to be extensive repairs on my Mini. The service department-particularly Dawn in this case- was incredibly helpful.
