Dawn is very helpful. and the technician Glenn is also patient with my car issue and resolved it. but when they first returned my car the mat was dirty. My service manager was very helpful, made sure I knew what was happening with my vehicle at all times. Also the technician working on my car did a great job, the thermostat was replaced with ease - no mo what was happening with my vehicle at all times. Also the technician working on my car did a great job, the thermostat was replaced with ease - no more overheating! The only grip I would have to say from my entire experience was the fact the inside of my car afterwards was dirty. (Such as black smudges on the inside of the door as well as all over the steering wheel. Also got some black marks on the driver side carpet, since I unfortunately don’t have a floor mat cover there…) Definitely not the happiest about that.. Literally the only problem I had. I would also like to mention that I really appreciated the fact that when they ran a diagnostic multipoint inspection, the tech video recorders it so I could see each problem they came across; I thought that was fantastic, and really nice to know what else was going on with my Mini besides what I had initially put it in for. More
