Service was not completed as invoice stated. I am really disappointed with the fact that the tires where not checked. It opens the door that other services may have also been over-looked. Never gotten service so don’t know why it asked for a review. I paid for a diagnostic long time ago but never received it and I still paid. Receive another diagnostic and they still don’t manage to do th review. I paid for a diagnostic long time ago but never received it and I still paid. I’ve been here before and had great service but this time Waited 5 hours for battery change. The entire time I kept being given a completion time, only to have it pass. The service rep was doing his best in a difficult circumstance since their computer systems were down, but they need to have a process in place for when. Something like this happens. No one checked to make sure my battery was in stock prior to my appointment and no one bothered to tell me that was the case as I was waiting. More
I question their abilities. My car was serviced in January and showed 8mm front brake wear. I just had it serviced 5000 miles and 6 months later and the brakes are showing at 10 My car was serviced in January and showed 8mm front brake wear. OR, the dearler tech does not know how to do a simple caliper mrasure...which scare me when they tell me I need brakes based on their measure. Would you trust them? Then I pick up my car on a 107 degree day. My car is parked outside. Hotter than xxxx. Why wasnt it parked inside with the other cars where there was room? Then there sweaty hand marks from the lot boy, both inside and outside on the door handles. Gross. OVERALL fail by the dealer. I will not be going back to Mini Las Vegas. More
