Xavier did a excellent job helping me, the only thing I wish I had in my 2020 countryman, was sat radio. It's going to cost 600.00 to have it programed in the car. This last time wasn't bad, only about a 2 hr. wait. Have been there 3 times in the last few months and at least one of those times we were there about 8-9 hours. Now, having said that, I know that it's not been there 3 times in the last few months and at least one of those times we were there about 8-9 hours. Now, having said that, I know that it's not the fault of the service advisors, so I have to say Dawn and Eric have done a terrific job whenever we go in. They always do what they can to take good care of us. Also, if we were that disappointed with the dealership, we wouldn't have purchased our second Mini. Although I have to add, the dealership in Portland, OR had courtesy cars, maybe this dealership should think about that. More
