MINI of Las Vegas

After having a really poor experience with another AutoNation dealer down the road on a car I bought last month, I was hesitant to do business with this AutoNation dealer. I have to say however I’m ex AutoNation dealer down the road on a car I bought last month, I was hesitant to do business with this AutoNation dealer. I have to say however I’m extremely happy that I gave them a chance! I purchased a 2018 Jeep Wrangler from Mini of Las Vegas yesterday, and it was the best experience I’ve had purchasing a vehicle in a VERY long time. My salesman Adrian, was amazing. He was helping me and another customer at the same time. And not once did I feel like I was being ignored and that I wasn’t being taken care of. He answered all of my questions, went above and beyond to get an alignment done of my new Jeep while I was in with finance and even called me this evening to just check in and make sure I was still happy with my purchase. The finance manager (I think his name was David, I’m horrible with names) anyway he was amazing as well. Very professional. Went above and beyond to try and rectify the issues that I had from the other AutoNation dealer. He got me a better interest rate then I originally agreed to, and did a few other things for me. All of which was unexpected and wasn’t required to make the deal. I can honestly say after the service that I received from this AutoNation location, I WILL 100% be back next time I’m looking to buy something else. Months ago I paid to have my new, used car have a diagnostic even though no codes were present. I received a laundry list of about 12k the mechanic claims as urgent to handle. After 2 hours and being the 1st customer, I was told that nothing was wrong with the 02 sensor. I was livid, felt lied to, taken advantage of and will never go back. More

Xavier did a excellent job helping me, the only thing I wish I had in my 2020 countryman, was sat radio. It's going to cost 600.00 to have it programed in the car.
