My Rep was Dawn. It was difficult to get in touch with her. Dropping my car off was easy and I knew it would be done in a few hours. There was no other communication It was difficult to get in touch with her. Dropping my car off was easy and I knew it would be done in a few hours. There was no other communication and someone else called to let me know the car was ready for pick up. I pretty much only had communication with Dawn at drop off and pick up. She told me everything was good and they didn’t find any problems. After getting home I was looking over the paper work and saw that there were a few minor things that should have been suggested by Dawn but she marked them off as declined when I was never asked. All in all the work got done. More
