Mini goes above and beyond to make sure that everything is taken care of. They worked with my warranty company and got everything taken care of with a breeze. Dawn and Erick are super nice and helpful. The is taken care of. They worked with my warranty company and got everything taken care of with a breeze. Dawn and Erick are super nice and helpful. They take the time to explain everything. When working with Dawn to get a few things fixed, she provided updates daily on the process. Definitely will be getting a future mini here, not only because of loving the cars so much but because of the service and people. More
My service advisor Dawn is always taking the best care of me and my MINI! Everyone there is always so nice and courteous and I trust that they are honest and truthful about their recommendations. Always great service. They don’t try to sell you more that what you need. Helpful with my questions. People here are friendly and always with a smile. They don’t try to sell you more that what you need. Helpful with my questions. People here are friendly and always with a smile. More
This is why I feel like I'm always getting ripped off in service industries: At an oil change, the service rep recommended flushing some fluids and changing air filters and windshield wipers in our van. service industries: At an oil change, the service rep recommended flushing some fluids and changing air filters and windshield wipers in our van. They wanted $650. I asked, "what about without the wipers and filters (cause I know I can do those myself, easy)?" He said, that would be $450. A difference of $200! Let's say we pay $100 for parts (some super premium filters and wiper blades). That means they want $100 for labor. For 10 minutes of work (and that's me doing it; it probably only takes them 5 minutes). This equates to SIX HUNDRED DOLLARS AN HOUR in labor charges. I'll check elsewhere, you crooks. More
