I saw a car on autotrader and contacted them. Bill Robbins contacted me back and through several emails and a phone call decided I wanted the car but needed to test drive it first. In order to speed the sale process I gave him my trade in info and told him I would be there in an hour because I live quite a ways away. He responded that he was looking forward to seeing me in an hour and would pull the car up front for me. When I got there an hour later he was test driving it with someone else. They obviously liked it because they went back to his desk and someone else said we should wait because a lot of times the sale falls through. After about an hour we left. Nothing like spending my birthday traveling over an hour each direction and waiting while someone else buys the car I went there for!!! More

Over a period of nearly two weeks, Andrea worked very hard to find our car. In the end she did not succeed, but it was not for lack of trying. She conducted herself as a consummate professional, making herself available for questions and sending progress reports on a regular basis. We are very sorry that Andrea's hard work didn't yield her a sale. We would uinhesitatingly recommend her to everyone as a friendly, responsible and highly capable salesperson. More
