Horrible Salesmanship Horrible service. I had the car shipped to me mad it's been over 3 weeks and I don't have the copies of my documents. I've contacted the salesman Cha Horrible service. I had the car shipped to me mad it's been over 3 weeks and I don't have the copies of my documents. I've contacted the salesman Chase Hoard and get noting but excuses. I contacted the Sakes Manager Mark twice and haven't received a response. The receptionist will forward you to their line knowing that it will go straight to voicemail. They have. a bunch of unexplained fees. I was driving my vehicle around with temp tags and no bill of sale. It's been almost 3 weeks and I don't have a copy of all the documents I signed. I was on time with everything they needed, but it wasn't reciprocated. I will be contacting my Bank and the BBB about this dealership. More

I wished we would have saved our self the aggravation and listen to the reviews. We drove 3 hours from Nashville to look at white 2011 CLS550 that had only 27,000 miles. As soon as we walk up to the vehicle we are greeted with"We just Notice this good size dent in the middle of the hood", why didn't you call us and let us aware of this dent, over the phone we were told the vehicle is flawless, we started the vehicle up and the fans immediately were on and roaring very loudly, running the vehicle for 15 minutes the fans never turned off. My husband pulls out his Snap-on Versus and pulls up numerous codes that were all pending and stored into history, they cleared the codes so the Service Engine Light would not appear to after we bought the vehicle. We asked to have our $1,000.00 deposit returned, we were told they could not do that on Saturday due to that department is not open, it is Thursday and we are still getting the run around, it has been lie after lie, I will call you back, that has not happen and the dealership keeps passing the buck. I highly recommend if you are thinking of purchasing any vehicle from this dealership, make sure you have an appointment wit ha ASE certified technician and have them inspected the vehicle for any issues including running a computer diagnostics. Please read and listen to others experiences, I am just glad we did not become one of them who bought a vehicle with numerous issues. More

Multiple dealers reassured me that everything would be great and finalized before leaving with my FIRST car of my own that Friday. I drove for a full weekend till Monday. I received a phone call that I was to return the car because the bank rejected my loan, regardless of paperwork signed. I had to return my car and find another way of transportation to work the following day because of what they called a mistake. That mistake cost me money and time wasted, even though I had put a grand down and signed all my paperwork. NOT GOOD BUSINESS IF YOU ASK ME. More
