BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! I recently purchased a BMW M3 from Gary the sales associate. He was quick to answer my calls and be responsive until DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! I recently purchased a BMW M3 from Gary the sales associate. He was quick to answer my calls and be responsive until I paid for the car, then getting ahold of anyone at this dealership is IMPOSSIBLE! They dodge calls, don't call back, and BLOCK numbers. I bought this car sight unseen because I was told by GARY the car was in immaculate condition and had the paper work to prove it. When the car arrived it had noticeable body damage to the back bumper, that had been repainted and repair previously. I have since called this dealership many times, trying to reach Gary, the Sales manager and the owner of the dealership to no avail. No one calls back. I have also sent certified mail to all 3 to no avail either. This dealership refuses to stand behind their product and their sale. THIS IS DISGRACEFUL! The car also arrived to me with 35 miles more than the purchase documents state. This is illegal considering I owned the vehicle and someone was using the vehicle to joy ride. Transport doesn't need 35 miles to get the vehicle on and off the truck. This dealership is deceptive and unfair in their business practices and has since been reported to the Attorney General of Tennessee & Better Business Bureau. Gary also told me the tires where good and didn't need to be replaced, however upon taking it to my dealership I was advised to replace the tires immediately for safety concerns. This cost me an additional $2,000, on top of the already $1,600 for the body damage to the back bumper. This dealership thinks that by ignoring this problem that it will go away and I ensure you it will NOT! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP UNLESS ALL YOU WANT IS HEADACHES AND AGGREVATION! More

We went to Mini of Knoxville to see a jeep. After calling and talking with Todd Viney we were impressed with him on the phone. Buy used cars here with CAUTION!! BUYER BEWARE!! Purchased 2004 Toyota Sienna from them. It had been a trade-in. I test drove the vehicle and had no issues. I know buying an older car ha BEWARE!! Purchased 2004 Toyota Sienna from them. It had been a trade-in. I test drove the vehicle and had no issues. I know buying an older car has risks, but did not expect the issues that followed. The salesman was somewhat willing to work with me, but they would not allow me to take the car to my mechanic, I wanted it inspected before buying. They said it could not be off the lot that long. Okay fine. They came down to my price. I was in a bind after an accident and needed a car. I thought I was getting a good deal. There were no warning lights on or anything, until the next day. The check engine light miraculously came on the next time I drove the van. I stopped by the garage to have them check it and they did a full inspection as well. It needs at least $3k dollars in engine repairs. Some of the issues would have been obvious if the so called trained mechanics at Mini actually checked the van. Salesman claimed that they don't reset any instrument panel lights, but I feel that was a lie since the check engine light came on when it did. Mini is part of Grayson Auto so be warned if you go to any of them for a used car. I received a text from the salesman at Mini soon after my purchase asking for my email. I responded with my email and told him about the issues and he stopped responding to me. They simply don't care. Now I am stuck with a car I can't drive until I come up with money to fix it. Now I know why they worked with me on the price. More
