I have leased three vehicles from Mini of Glencoe (2 when they were located in Chicago, one in the new location) and it will be the last. Our salesman, Evan Arena, was wonderful. So helpful. Chris, the sales they were located in Chicago, one in the new location) and it will be the last. Our salesman, Evan Arena, was wonderful. So helpful. Chris, the sales manager, was also great. Kevin in the service department is the best customer service people I've dealt with, but my recent interaction with the service department manager was so unpleasant that I will be leasing my Minis elsewhere. Upon turning in my leased car, I was told it needed an oil change. Cool. Then they tell me two tires need to be replaced. I purchased two tires and bring it to them and then I'm told all FOUR tires need to be replaced. He then lectures me about returning their phone calls. First of all, I have screenshots of my calls and none of them are from MoG, and both Evan and Chris have not returned my calls regarding the matter. The irony. Then he tells me I'm going to be charged $750 by Mini for maintenance, and to rub salt in the wound, he tells me that the oil change would have been covered by that, but I still have to pay them for the $100 oil change. I actually would have rather not known that part. Would have made it little easier to take. I have never gone through this much hassle upon turning in a lease, and it's the last one I will be doing at Mini of Glencoe. More
I placed a custom order for my next Mini with Fields Mini Glencoe, and enjoyed the experience all along. Everyone here is a Mini enthusiast, knows the vehicles well, and represents the brand. While I cannot comment much on a price because this was a direct factory order that pretty much just qualifies for published corporate incentives, the process of configuring the vehicle has been fun and I felt supported all the way. Special thanks to Michael for sharing an accessory out of his own parts bin. And appreciate all the help from Lauren and Ric who continued the process and kept me well informed until delivery. Chris made the acquisition and paperwork processes as easy as it can get -:). Really good facility, good people to deal with, and an easy-going atmosphere. There is no old-style pressure - just good enthusiasm for the vehicles and for the brand known for fun and style. My second Mini purchase... obviously I am a happy customer so far. Thanks everyone at Fields Mini, and I will see you around when I visit for service. More

This time I had dwindled it down to two different Mini's at two different dealerships..and..the Reason I purchased from Mini of Glenco instead of the other Mini at the other dealership..wasn't due to pricing..It was Absolutely based on the salesperson. The other dealership did Not provide the "Mini" customer service that I had been accustomed to. Ric Tryce at Mini of Glencoe did!! He was amazing..made me feel welcomed back to being a Mini customer..and provided extremely fair pricing!! We communicated by phone and email due to coronavirus circumstances..when I arrived today to pay and sign for my Mini it was Flawless..all the paperwork ready do to their awesome financial advisory as he was off today and prepared everything in advance yesterday for me. Talk about Teamwork!! Nothing but great things to say about Mini of Glencoe!! ❤ More

I was transferred by the Knauz service rep, then hung up on. I called Fields Mini of Glencoe again, was transferred to the service department, remained on hold for 18 minutes and then decided to hang up. From the start this is very poor customer service! I am also not happy that I have to now drive an extra 15 miles to get to the new dealership. I have several issues going on with my Mini at the moment, but I guess I will just have to take my business elsewhere. More

Killian Davis was he was exceptional. He really knows how to close the deal and his customer service didn't stop after we signed on the dotted line. He followed through with everything during and after the sales. He was not pushy and was very patient with us. In the end, we ended up buying our car from Fields. More

Stay away! June 8th, 2016: This is an edit /addition related to my most recent attempt to resolve issue with this particular dealership: Because of Field Infin June 8th, 2016: This is an edit /addition related to my most recent attempt to resolve issue with this particular dealership: Because of Field Infiniti's response to my review and my belief in second chances, I re-engaged the GM to revisit and resolve the issues around my dashboard with hideous bumps all over. I put in concerted effort by calling and meeting with the GM onsite who expressed shock and surprise on how visibly horrific my dashboard looks from the defect in the material. After the initial verbal commitment to resolve the issues, few correspondences, and having told that Infiniti's field claims representative was going to get back within a week of the status, my last four calls and outreaches have gone unanswered for three weeks. With this recent experience I am struggling to trust the assertion that Fields Infiniti is thorough and vigorous in its effort to serve its clients. It is only confirming the shortcomings I have encountered in the past, so far from anywhere close to excellent or even good. Old Review: Great dealership to do everything superficially well- cafe, greeting, pleasant staff however when it comes to truly fulfilling a role of dealership, fails miserably on all fronts: proactiveness, integrity, transparency, accountability. Issues Transparency: My FX35 had bumps all over the dashboard for years. I was told it is a common issue with Infinitis (FX) however it will cost a bit to get it replaced. What they failed to tell me is that my vehicle qualified for a recall/ replacement issued by Infiniti and I should have been covered. Proactiveness/ consistent competence: My vehicle has had one of its tires leak air on a consistent basis and was told it is an error with the display but the tire is fine. After several rotations I brought to their attention that I would like a check on the tires because it was started to affect my steering wheel and the axle possibly. They performed the check and found a leak and told me the only route was replacement. Later I found out through another service person on my 3rd visit and insistence that there is another fix available which does not involve tire replacement and they finally conducted it. Accountability: Result of not properly and proactively diagnosing the tires has resulted in damage in the bearings of my wheels and there has been no acknowledgement or concessions. I have filled out surveys and have never gotten any follow ups. Overall I am deeply disappointed by the actual "Service" component of what a dealership is supposed to provide. I have a tarnished brand of Infinitis as a consequence as well as this dealership. My advice: find another dealership for more consistent true vehicle service and don't be wowed by the bells and whistles of the dealership. More
