Stay away from this dealer. I ordered a new G and when the car finally came in they wanted another $1,200 for it and would not honor the deal that they made in writing. After speaking with the sales manag the car finally came in they wanted another $1,200 for it and would not honor the deal that they made in writing. After speaking with the sales manager and GM I left in disgust. I was thinking of suing them over this, instead I filed a complaint and then I purchased my G from another infinity dealer. Life is too short to deal with this kind of BS. More

I found a used vehicle on-line at Fields Infinity. Contacted dealer. Made deal and verified accepted purchase price. Got a call two days later from salesman that vehicle had been sold to someone else. Deposit refunded but I am NOT HAPPY. Ethics and integrity are not part of Fields Infinity business conduct. While I’m have really bad luck with a 2007 M35X with rattles and squeaks coming from all areas of the dashboard my concern now is with the dealerships. I would never go back to Field’s Infiniti in Glencoe, IL where I bought the car. They seem to want to feed you breakfast or lunch rather that fix your car. Their attempt to fix the car seem to have made the squeaks and rattles worse. I tried to call the service managera few times after I picked the up the car and he won't return my phone calls. I even tried the general manager and he will not return my phone call. Talk about poor customer service, and this dealership takes FIRST PLACE! More

I cannot begin to tell you how posiive my experience was at Fields Infiniti in Glencoe. After many years of loyalty to Volvo, I was referred to Sam Janda for the purchase of a new Infiniti. Sam was friendl at Fields Infiniti in Glencoe. After many years of loyalty to Volvo, I was referred to Sam Janda for the purchase of a new Infiniti. Sam was friendly, forthright, and made me a hassle free great deal on a 2006 Infiniti G35. We made our deal and were done in less than an hour. I was really pleased to learn how customer service oriented this dealership is. From providing loaner cars while your vehicle is serviced, to providing a WIFI cafe and free made to order breakfast if you decide to wait for your servicing to be done, Fields has it all covered for busy individuals who enjoy a high degree of attention and satisfaction from a dealer. It is really out of my way to have servicing done at Fields. But, I plan to go there anyway due to the great service I received from the staff there when I purchased my car. Kudos to Sam Janda and Greg Robinson. You made my new car buying experience fantastic. More
