My review of fields is a mixed bag.. The dealership is very nice and has excellent amenities however I found the sales staff lacking which pushed me to purchase my Infiniti G37x at another dealer. I visited the dealer to test drive a vehicle, I was very honest with the salesman that I wouldn't be purchasing that day because I was travelling the next day out of country for my job. I thought the test drive when great and when I got home "I" emailed the salesman thanking him for the test drive. I waited for a few days and didn't hear anything so "I" contacted the dealer to find out the car was sold. I don't have a problem with the car being sold as that is the business but if you are a salesman why not follow up? Find a like vehicle? It was like he either thought I wasn't serious or didn't care.. I am driving an awesome Infiniti from Hoffman Estates but Glencoe left a bad taste in my mouth.. More
I purchased a used 2012 Infiniti M35h from Fields Infiniti in Feb of 2013. CarFax alerted me to a recall situation. As part of the negotiations I requested all recalls be taken care of prior to del Infiniti in Feb of 2013. CarFax alerted me to a recall situation. As part of the negotiations I requested all recalls be taken care of prior to delivery of the vehicle. I was assured by the salesman they were all taken care of. I picked up the car and drove 800 miles back to my home. I immediately began experiencing electrical issues, requiring jumps to get started. My wife refused to drive it. When I took the car to my local Infiniti dealer, I come to find out the Field's Infiniti service folks were well aware of the electrical issues, and had alerted the salesman of the need for a new battery. I was never informed, and they knowingly sold me a defective vehicle, sending me on an 800 mile road trip!! Furthermore, they did not complete any of the 4 recall campaigns. I was without the vehicle for nearly 2 weeks waiting on repairs. I contacted Infiniti Corporate and Fields Infiniti to express my concerns. Two weeks have gone by with zero contact from Fields management. Apparently they don't care. These folks embody the quintessential mentality and negative connotation of "used car salesman". Quite a disappointment given the Infiniti brand they represent. More
Andrew Durand was AMAZING to work with!! He made the entire process extremely positive and went above and beyond to accommodate all of our needs. He always gives 110%. We leased a new QX56 and needed the bench seat, which is very uncommon. Andrew gave us great lease numbers and a few options. In the end, he located the vehicle from over 500 miles away, in the exact color we wanted! Even now that we own the car he continues to service us and assist with everything. I would definitely recommend using Andrew, he is the best!! More
I had done a lot of research in looking for a new car for myself. I ended up going to Fields Infinity and was pleasantly surprised with my experience. I was extremely lucky to end up with Adam Murczek as myself. I ended up going to Fields Infinity and was pleasantly surprised with my experience. I was extremely lucky to end up with Adam Murczek as my salesman. He was completely honest and forward with all information, and was extremely knowledgeable of the features of the cars I was considering. He went way above and beyond what I would expect and made the car buying experience a pleasant and fun one. I would recommend Adam and Fields Infiniti to anyone that asked without hesitation. Adam was great from hello to goodbye. I will definitely go to him again should I need another car in the future! More
Adam was the most professional and reasonable car salesperson I have ever dealt with. He was persistent and helpful without being overbearing or pushy. We weren't sure we were going to buy an Infiniti but did so partially because of its overall value, partially because of Adams sincerity and honesty and partially because of how the dealership made us feel from the time that we walked through the door. At one point I was so convinced that I will never ever drive anything else but Infini. I love your service department. You guys are excellent. And that coming from a person who used to work in a service department at Loeber Mercedes However, I was really heartbroken to learn that my 2006 G that I purchased from you back in 2007 right after I graduated from college has been in an accident prior to my purchase. The sales staff at Field’s Infiniti of Glencoe, very reputable Infiniti dealership in Illinois, told me no accident report on the car, even show me the Carfax. The sales ensured inspection for any sign of accident by their highly trained service staff. That all of their used Infiniti are in top shape and the best quality. Well, last month I finally decided that I’m ready to buy a brand new car (not used this time). So I took my car to the same dealership to trade in for the new JX. To my surprise, I was told that my car has been in an accident with the whole passenger side redone. And sales ended the conversation with "but you already know that!"... Well, no, I didn't know that cuz I never got into any side impact accident! I know that buying a used car is a risk. But I really expect more from an authorized Infiniti dealership. If he didn’t lied that day, I would have buy a different one, or even go with new instead of used. So I am still inspired? Imagine finding out 3 months after you paid off your beloved car that you were lied to. That everything you ever knew about your car was a lie. That your very first Infiniti was nothing but a (borderline) lemon and only worth less than 5k! That after so many years of convincing your friends and family members to buy Infiniti, you found out that you got rip off. Now that I’m a mother of 2 infants, how can I drive my kids around in this crunker? I work for a company that writes safety standards but yet I cannot even feel safe in car. I can no longer recommend Infiniti to anyone. The dream of owning a JX is now fading away. More

Andrew was able to answer all questions & concerns I had leading up to the sale. He worked out specific details on the sale and was a major reason I chose to purchase the vehicle. He was straight forward and made me feel very at ease during this experience. He knew that many of the details we discussed were important to me and acted to make me comfort-able. He negotiated fairly with me and I felt great purchasing my new Mitsubishi. He also followed up with me on post-sale service. As part of the sale of this vehicle I needed some follow-up service. I was able to schedule this easily and in accordance with my availability. I was assisted by service consultant,Rianna Styx. She was very friendly and explained the details of my service in depth. She also arranged a loaner car for me while my Mitsubishi was being serviced. She also contacted me to advise when my vehicle was ready for pick up. She assisted me on the return and made sure that everything was acceptable before I left. She also made my experience the best it could be. Both of these persons are an asset to the dealership and should be commended for their commitment and professionalism. Fields Infiniti will certainly benefit from having them both as employees. More
