We were on a trip to Maine from New York when our Mini started having electrical problems. (Granted, it's an old one!) That goodness we were near Darian and MINI of Fairfield County. Even though they were started having electrical problems. (Granted, it's an old one!) That goodness we were near Darian and MINI of Fairfield County. Even though they were fully booked, they helped us get a basic sense of the problem (after we barely were able to roll up under the service area roof). Everyone was super friendly, professional and went out of their way to meet our needs, including paying for an Uber to get us over to the rental truck place. (Yes, we had to rent a moving truck - no cars available. Ugh!) It's also a clean, comfy and well-maintained facility. Can't say enough good things about them! Thanks especially to Scott, Cara, and Liz. More
Mini got the job done. However, it was very expensive and it took a long time. My car was there for more than 10 days. The service advisor can be rude; eg. no need for a comment telling me I didn't hav and it took a long time. My car was there for more than 10 days. The service advisor can be rude; eg. no need for a comment telling me I didn't have an appointment. Obviously I did not plan to have my car break down in the middle of the street. She could be more responsive and respond to voicemail quicker. I found myself going into the dealership to find out the status. I was fortunate that a friend lent me their extra car. More

Costumer service was awful. Liz from Service was very rude ,disrespectful and did not listen to my needs as costumer. I asked to speak to a manager and I was denied of my request. The dealership is wonderful! I love Liz as she is so friendly and helpful. Since I had a medical appointment the next day they managed to get my car finished in time and had it washed as well! Liz got friendly and helpful. Since I had a medical appointment the next day they managed to get my car finished in time and had it washed as well! Liz got an Uber to take me home and bring me back the next day! Couldn’t be better!! More

Also, a environment charge of $35, mandatory or not is a bit over the top when the bill is so high. I understand that nothing is free, but after 13 years as a customer and 2 cars purchased…it is hard to be 100% happy. More
