I arrived and was warming greeted by service department. Routine service visit and waited for my mini in waiting room. Wi-Fi is available with coffee, tea and water. The work, when completed was excellent. However, phone calls were not always returned in a timely fashion. The car was dropped off on a Monday, and was finally ready at Noon on the Friday. During the i calls were not always returned in a timely fashion. The car was dropped off on a Monday, and was finally ready at Noon on the Friday. During the inspection, three major problems were discovered, but I was told could wait until the Spring to be resolved. I don't think a worn drive belt , a leaking axle seal, and a valve cover gasket would have waited 'til the Spring. Sadly,I will not be returning to Mini of Fairfield. More
