Very nice customer service people. My service appointment was completed when promised. I especially appreciated not only the exterior wash but also the interior floor mats. Also there was a mil appointment was completed when promised. I especially appreciated not only the exterior wash but also the interior floor mats. Also there was a mildew smell that was eliminated without my having to mention it. Finally, the tire pressure was adjusted for me too. Very good service for an exceptionally fun and easy car to drive. Love my “Coop!” More

I was told the issue causing my car not to start was battery and spark plugs/ignition coil related. I had them replace my battery, but was not satisfied with the quote for the plugs/coils; as I could ge battery and spark plugs/ignition coil related. I had them replace my battery, but was not satisfied with the quote for the plugs/coils; as I could get genuine Mini parts online for @$315, which is less than half of what the dealer quoted (@$690). I will be replacing the spark plugs and coils myself. I did confirm with the service manager that the vehicle would start and was fine to drive with the old spark plugs/ignition coils until the new ones arrived…that is not the case. The vehicle has not started since the day after I got it back from the dealer. I’m not happy and will be following up with the dealer. More
