The only reason to bring your car for a regular service to the original dealer is that one expects that they know the car the best. It was disappointing to experience that they not only included non necess to the original dealer is that one expects that they know the car the best. It was disappointing to experience that they not only included non necessary work as part of the service hiking up what already is a premium price that one would have gotten cheaper at any garage but that they tried to sell as much additional work that was not required at all. Instead of fixing a lose dashboard That covers electrical wires on the convertible roof I was told that I need a new one - cha Ching. After requesting to simply put the old one back on they finally did. Never again will I service my Mini at Mini of Fairfield. Lousy customer service only out to gauge their customers. More

Love the dealership. Love Joy who sold me my first mini. Felt mis-lead when I brought car in for an alignment in May. I was under the impression that the diagnostic service was included in the $195 quoted price. Instead I had to pay a lot more. First time I felt attitude at this service center. The average person is not knowledgeable to auto services. We trust our service department to dummy it down so we understand that when we say YES to something we think it is included in the price that was quoted. We don’t know it is additional or above the quoted price. I’ve been in sales for 40 years. For the first time I felt like I had been HAD from this service department. That makes me sad. More
Incredible response and customer service. Like the old days- when customer service mattered to businesses and employ ease were trained to treat customers as though the were valued. I feel like the service here has greatly improved since 1) they began offering home pickup/dropoff of vehicles 2) they have started including a video walkthrough of the car while it's on the lift showing w 1) they began offering home pickup/dropoff of vehicles 2) they have started including a video walkthrough of the car while it's on the lift showing what they're inspecting and what they've found.
