I've been dealing with Nick Alexander for years. When my Mini Cooper S has needed service, the service department has always been 100%. In fact, they'll tell you what services will probably become due for the next service and they'll never try to push you to get those services done before they're due. My service manager, Phil, is such a pleasure to work with that I actually look forward to taking my car in when it's due for its service just so we can catch up. Phil goes above and beyond making sure everything is taken care of with my car and I know when I get my car back, everything that needed to be done, is done. (Getting the car back nice and clean is always a plus too.) With this level of service, I know when I'm ready to buy another car, I'll be back to this dealership. More

He even called me at work to let me know the status of my mini. Also, a loaner car was arranged for me. All staff at Nick Alexander were very friendly and accommodating. I have been to other mini dealers in the past but my top choice is definitely Mini Alexander. They have a great team! More

I've leased two MINIs through Nick Alexander and my experiences there have been very positive. Friendly staff, thorough, high-quality repairs/service. The dealership is quite a drive from where I live, downtown and south into Huntington Park, so my preference has always been to just wait there whenever possible. They have wireless, a great coffee machine, comfortable couches so I'm good to go. Phil Gibson, the service advisor, was very thorough in going over the issues with my car and the recommended service. Friendly and good communication too. I had to mark down "price" because these cars are just expensive to service (even with general maintenance covered). More
