This is my second MINI and I am so happy that Mr Gerson Reynosa was able to help me with both of them he is amazing no pressure and so laid back. Hello, I just want to inform what this place is. Please run away from this business if you value your money. To make a long story short, I had an oil sound problem on my Mini Cooper. Being a French Please run away from this business if you value your money. To make a long story short, I had an oil sound problem on my Mini Cooper. Being a French student and not knowing anyone here, I went to Mini thinking it would be more honest than an independent mechanic. This is the biggest mistake I've made in my life so far. They charged me $4000 to fix this problem. But in reality nothing was fixed because I still have this oil sound problem. I went to see them about 10 times between the end of September and the end of November to beg them to fix the problem I paid for. Each time they were unable to respond to my request. So I contacted the manager of this place, EDDIE CABRERA. This person explicitly told me that they had made a mistake. I asked for my money back, to which the manager did not reply negatively, asking only for some time to check with his hierarchy. Then I try to call him, what a waste of time he never answers. He ghosts me and plays dead hoping I'll give up my money. I've been trying to get news for 3 weeks now and no one keeps me informed. They stole from me and will never pay me back. This place is a fraud, a scam. Mr. CABRERA should be ashamed of ripping off an honest student for whom his $4000 represented all the savings of the last years. I hope this testimony will help you make your choice. No one will be able to say that he was not warned about this business. More
