(I am heading to SF and my car spoke with him on the phone and he managed to fit me in right away with a "no problem...come on in" friendly attitude. The dealership is quite a drive from where I live, downtown and south into Huntington Park, so my preference has always been to just wait there whenever possible. They have wireless, a great coffee machine, comfortable couches so I'm good to go. Phil Gibson, the service advisor, was very thorough in going over the issues with my car and the recommended service. Friendly and good communication too. I had to mark down "price" because these cars are just expensive to service (even with general maintenance covered). More
