In our 45+ years of marriage, we've purchased many new cars and each experience has been ... well, you know. This time was different! NO pressure, Friendly people. Knowledgeable and professional. Our car is electric and had to be "reserved" through MINI, but working with Fab and the rest of the staff was great! If we had gone to the other CT MINI dealer, it would have been a much shorter drive - but the experience here at MINI of Fairfield County was definitely worth making the drive. You guys rock! More

Took mini in for oil change and check engine light at 8am, at 3pm they still hadn’t started working on car and told me it wouldn’t be ready until the next day. When I complained they were condescending a 8am, at 3pm they still hadn’t started working on car and told me it wouldn’t be ready until the next day. When I complained they were condescending and told me I know nothing about cars… The service department should are proper expectations on how long they’ll have the car before you take your car in.
