I am a long time and loyal Mimi driver/owner. I have not been satisfied with the dealership since the separate facility was closed for Minis. And please do not tell me it is to renovate the fac I have not been satisfied with the dealership since the separate facility was closed for Minis. And please do not tell me it is to renovate the facility. The Mini facility has been closed over a year or two. First for the upgrade of the BMW facility - which was done quickly and has been open many months/a year. There is no signage on the BMW side indicating that Mini is operating in the facility branded BMW. And yes, I do know that BMW owns BMW. Most people don’t. The service area shows nothing to indicate that Mini service is at that facility. Nothing in the inside labels the area at which the Mini agents are located. And as a long time, 3 Mini owner, loyal Mini customer, I don’t feel welcome and am frustrated that no one thinks we are significant. There is no wall art of Minis or any signage. I love my Mini and am not a want’a’b BMW owner. More

This is 2nd time I came back Mini of Dallas. The experience is still so good. My service advisor- Oscar is so knowledgeable, professional, polite and friendly. I have my Mini Cooper Cuntryman done the engine oil and brake fluid service this time, it only took one hour to get them done. Service become simple and easy. I was so supervised! Plus, the waiting area is comfy, you can enjoy coffee, Hot tea and some cupcakes there. I highly recommend and definitely will be a return customer again. More
