I’m very pleased with the very positive results. He took his personal time to deal with the insurance and that give me a piece of mind. You requested that I comment so here is my breakdown of the work performed on my car. I had my Mini Countryman towed because the alternator failed. It took them two days to troubleshoot and find that the alternator had stopped working. Then it took a week to get a replacement alternator. Then they found an oil leak however they repaired that since it was still under warranty from the $5000 oil leak repair done in July. I did get a good cleaning. So here I am $2700 later. This horrible design of the engine makes servicing horrendous and expensive. I will never ever buy another Mini! More
