I have, over the past decade, bought and leased several new MINIs from this dealership. I took my 2019 MIINI Cooper S to MINI of Austin at my 10:30am appointment time for an oil change and two air filters. Five and a half hours later, after promising the car would be ready in three, they h 10:30am appointment time for an oil change and two air filters. Five and a half hours later, after promising the car would be ready in three, they had done NOTHING to my car. That’s even after they said my car was “next up’” at 2:45pm. I even got a mailer a few days ago from the MINI of Austin service manager Tony Owen, saying “select factory recommended services” are covered in my “boot to bonnet” maintenance agreement. That was not true because when I actually asked for the work, they said that agreement had expired. I won’t be back. More
