MINI of Annapolis is excellent in service and sales. Bryan in the service department has provided exceptional customer service since my purchase in 2023. From the diagnostic evaluation to understanding Bryan in the service department has provided exceptional customer service since my purchase in 2023. From the diagnostic evaluation to understanding what work is required I have been impressed with the services received. Daniel Anderson was an equally effective representative of this dealership when I leased and then purchased my “22 Clubman. And when my car was damaged from a hit and run Rachel Jocus head of the collision unit at the Annapolis dealership was the absolute best in handling the situation. Thank you to all. Most appreciative of great customer service in a world where it’s no longer a given expectation. More
The staff at Mini Annapolis is awesome. I purchased my first Mini Cooper with them in 2022 and today they got me into a newer model with all the bells and whistles. It’s expensive to get a MINI worked on & the dealership is 2 hours from where we live. However, they did a great job of communicating the diagnosis, the charges & the progress of the repairs. Mini made it so that they are the only people that can work on the mini for example a new key ( 2012 Mini) $400 for a key and program. Other dealers you can buy a key third party and have the dealership work on the mini for example a new key ( 2012 Mini) $400 for a key and program. Other dealers you can buy a key third party and have the dealership to register it. Needs a modular it has to come from the dealership and the labor is $220 with 11 hours of work which is almost $3k. You need a battery that can only come from the dealership and it has to be registered only at the dealership $500. I regret buying a mini because they charge for every little thing and a million dollars to repair. As for the dealership, they don’t answer their phones most of the time, they are very cut and dry with answers ( not friendly) unless you are buying a new one. If you ask for a loaner vehicle, it’s not guaranteed even if your appointments were for the morning and you push it to the afternoon. If it was already reserved, why is it a problem if you rescheduled for same day later in the day. I’m not happy at all with my mini or the dealership. More
