They CARE!! I had my car in for a windshield replacement. Because of the nature of my job, I'm zipping around town all day long. They were able to hook me up with I had my car in for a windshield replacement. Because of the nature of my job, I'm zipping around town all day long. They were able to hook me up with a loaner which is always great! They also were able to pull into my cars computer to see that with in the next 2,000 miles or 3 weeks I'd be needing an oil change. The booked me, site on scene, for that oil change that same day preventing me from having to go back to the dealer in such a short amount of time. My car was to be finished by 5p, but I over booked myself and I was needed at a fund raising event at 5p. Bill worked with me and made the inconvenience of my time crunch a no big deal on his part, as he just had me keep the loaner over night and grabbed my car first thing the next morning. It's the fun, up beat, personal touch that makes me more than happy to be a Mini Owner from a car that came from Mini of Anchorage. I'll be back! More
