Very professional service department. I am pleased with the service I received the last two yearly visits at Mini of Allentown. I brought our 2016 Cooper S Countryman for yearly inspectio I am pleased with the service I received the last two yearly visits at Mini of Allentown. I brought our 2016 Cooper S Countryman for yearly inspection and maintenance service 2 years now. We live in about 100 miles away so we always wait in the Service Lounge while the car is being serviced. The Dealership and service lounge are very comfortable and pleasing to visit. As far as service goes I am very picky about how I care for my vehicles. I always feel that the car is properly serviced when I leave there. It gives me peace of mind that our Mini is in top shape for any trips that we take. This year we will go on the MTTS Eastern Tour and I know that we will have no problems during our approximately 5000 mile trip. Has to be Best Mini Dealership EVER! Service department is ALWAYS top notch!! They KNOW what they are doing (unlike another mini dealer where I purchased my mini). I drive pretty far to Service department is ALWAYS top notch!! They KNOW what they are doing (unlike another mini dealer where I purchased my mini). I drive pretty far to come here and this dealership is well worth the drive! I LOVE Luis, Robin, and the unknown named team that physically works on my car! Service at this Mini dealership is always to the highest quality. I’ve never had an issue getting serviced there! Going into MINI of Allentown and working with Robin and Luis for the past 3 years has been a dream. They listen! I mean Really listen and understand what I'm trying to relay in my layman's language. These two gentlemen have great friendly personalities and are assets to the MINI group. The service department is so much better that the previous dealer. They fixed an ongoing problem the other dealer wouldn't address. After my first visit my car was purring along like she was brand new and hasn't stopped purring since. More

Great service experience My appointment was for routine maintenance oil change, filters etc. I was told it would take about 2 to 3 hours and I was out the door in under 2. They also replaced the battery in my remote which I would not have expected. Fast efficient and courteous I couldn't have asked for more. More

Best dealership I have ever been to I have owned a lot of cars over the years, and I have to say the best service I have ever gotten for my Mini has been with Mini of Allentown.
