There is a very positive atmosphere around the dealership. The overriding vibe is that of helping the customer find the car that fits their needs. How they received an award for top performance in 2023 escapes me. I am terminating a lease on a Mini and it has cluster puck on just attempting to find out the procedure. I called the dealership and they told me that I can speak to the salesperson who sold us the car. He didn't answer the phone, so, back to the switchboard. They then sent me to another sales person, who never answered the phone. I asked for the sales manager, Clint Peters, the only person there that had their act together 3 years. He no longer works there after many years. So, the switchboard said that everyone was in a meeting. No one was covering the customer service needs. I asked for the new sales manager or general manager. I was told the "SHE: is running the meeting!!! I asked who "SHE" WAS? The switchboard said that "SHE" was the new sales manager. No name! So, I asked for her to return my call today. I was then informed that "SHE' came in that day to conduct the meeting and this was her day off and not likely to hear back until at least tomorrow. Why would anyone want to do business with this screwed-up operation? No respect for the customer. No common sense on how to provide superior customer service to the customer. Even tenured management seems to have jumped ship. I will NEVER do business with the Daniels Auto Group in the future. Sad scenario. Time to clean house and start fresh. More
