Luis is great and honest. I have been a Mini of Allentown customer for a number of years and am on my 4th Mini. It is great to see the same service guy, not to mention the same salesperson, Lauren, that I ge customer for a number of years and am on my 4th Mini. It is great to see the same service guy, not to mention the same salesperson, Lauren, that I get to speak to during each visit. In fact, my husband bought a CPO BMW 328 GT thru Lauren versus dealing with the BMW side. Honestly, my husband was not as thrilled with the service people on the BMW side vs the Mini side. Although he loved the 328 GT, he became frustrated by both the cost of service, the high depreciation on the 328 GT, and the reluctance to offer decent deals as is the norm for the Mini Side. He now owns an Audi Q3 for these reasons. If Mini offered a Q3 sized vehicle, he would be buying another car from Lauren More
