Bought my mini last month. Lauren was my salesperson. She was awesome. Found the car online and drove 2 hours to PA to test drive and confirm. When we arrived the car was outside with a white bow on it so sh was awesome. Found the car online and drove 2 hours to PA to test drive and confirm. Lauren and Mini of Allentown did a great job on getting me my 2022 JCW Countryman. I did a build order on June 1 and Lauren kept me up to date on changes and timelines. Even though there are other Mini dealers closer to me, I chose to buy my new Mini at Allentown because of the service I received on my previous Mini. The Service Department there was always straightforward with me and never pushed extra service on me. Yes, they would tell me about issue, but always would explain the risk and when it might "need" to be done. I will continue to service my new Mini there and always recommend both the Sales and Service staff. Great job Mini of Allentown! More
