Matt made the process so easy, was super chill to deal with, explained everything clearly (without going overboard or talking to me like i never purchased a car before like most salespeople do), and worked with me on what I was asking for my trade in a professional manner. No gimmicks, no ("I gotta go talk to the manager"), no trying to upsell me on things he knew I didn't want, no bait and switch with another sales person coming over to play good/bad cop. And Joe made the paperwork a breeze — was also down to earth and a straight-shooter, took the time to explain things without going overboard. Honest, down to earth and a true pleasure to deal with. After using a different Mini dealer for years, I decided to give Mini of Allentown a try. I wish I'd have changed sooner. The other dealer was integrated into the same building as a BMW dealer and always fe to give Mini of Allentown a try. I wish I'd have changed sooner. MoA, in its own dedicated building fits the feel and aesthetic better, and the people there are Mini specific people that know what they're talking about when questions are asked. They were always able to get my cars in quickly and out at a fair, easily explainable price. The other dealer is dead to me, long live Mini of Allentown. More
