Drove 1 hour to stop in to get the wheels taken off my car after I lost the wheel lock key at an autocross. It took 45 minutes for service to tell me they didn't have a key, even though the wheel locks ar car after I lost the wheel lock key at an autocross. It took 45 minutes for service to tell me they didn't have a key, even though the wheel locks are from MINI. Drove to a local BMW Dealer who searched for, but didn't have the key. Within 5 minutes they offered to blast the locks off, order a key, and ship it to me while I was away on business. That's how to do costumer service. Response to Mini Dealer- The Dealer attempted to contact through website, was away on business so was unable to respond. No offer was made to break off the wheel locks-I was only told sorry, and I would have to order a new set and wait, even though I was assured over the phone they had the key master in stock. However, while I was waiting, I did repeatedly hear the tech complaining to the BMW side of the dealership over the phone that they were taking away all his help. I finally had the situation resolved at a Mini dealer in Virginia, which while extremely busy, took the time to have one of their techs remove the bolts within 1/2 hour of my arrival. Final Update- Spoke with the GM on the phone-was very apologetic, and had looked into the situation above. Appreciative of his efforts. More
We had a great experience which started with many emails since we live 1.5 hrs away. Mike connected with us, sent info, answered all our questions with emails and phone calls and went out of his way to acco since we live 1.5 hrs away. Matt, was very friendly and personable the minute we walked in the door. He went out of his way to get my wife the car she wanted with all the options she needed. I was very disappointed when I found out I couldn't get a purple Mini shirt because it was not available in my size. I was equally pleased when 1 week after I took delivery of my Mini Matt sent me a custom m purple Mini shirt because it was not available in my size. Ken and I are very pleased with our Mini. We are also very impressed with Mini of Allentown. We had a problem with our Mini on the second day we owned it and Mini of Allentown not only fixed the car, bu very impressed with Mini of Allentown. We had a problem with our Mini on the second day we owned it and Mini of Allentown not only fixed the car, but also Towed the car back to our house on Monday, it had been towed to Allentown on Sunday evening. Also everyone we had contact with were extremely polite and friendly. The person who sold us the car, Lauren Leabman, was excellant and extremely helpful and is still very helpful everytime we call. So to Mini of Allentown we give the highest rating. Thank You!! More

They all made me feel like this was going to be a fun "family" to be a part of, & I can't wait for the upcoming events & rallys.
