MINI of Allentown

I recently bought a MINI in October 2012 and have been enjoying it ever since. I was in the market for a new car due to the arrival of a new baby expected in December 2012. I was trading in my previous two seat sports car and was not originally looking forward to the process of purchasing a new car. Until...I met Lauren and her team at MINI of Allentown. I worked directly with Lauren from day one. She was impeccably enthusiastic, kind, and listened to the needs of our evolving family. She made a wonderful first impression and I knew from the start that she was going to be great to work with; so much so she probably earned my business within the first 5 minutes of meeting her. She was not in the least bit pushy and understood that making a decision on a car for me was personal and one that I needed to make jointly with my wife. As the process continued she took the time to answer all of our questions, followed up to see how we were doing, took us on a test drive, and showed us all the options that are possible with a MINI. She is extremely knowledge about the car and an enthusiast herself. Buying from Lauren allowed me to be confident in my decision as she left no stone unturned. When it came time to work on the price and trade in value I believe Lauren was extremely fair. On the day of the pick-up she also spent about an hour going over every feature of the car, activated my Sirius radio service, and answered any last minute questions we had on anything. She even will throw in a complimentary hug prior to driving your new MINI off the lot. Overall buying a MINI from Lauren was a joy. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking to buy a car. Even if you are not interested in a MINI at first, I would encourage you to speak with Lauren, as her passion for the MINI is genuinely contagious! I truly hope the best for her and that people that bought a MINI from her continue to pass along their experience to their friends and family, as I know for a fact that my wonderful experience is standard service for Lauren. Prior to scheduling a test drive my mother had recently purchased a Mini Coupe from Mini of Allentown. When she arrived home I was so jealous because I had always wanted a Mini, but didn't think I would ev purchased a Mini Coupe from Mini of Allentown. When she arrived home I was so jealous because I had always wanted a Mini, but didn't think I would ever be able to afford one. I had asked her what she paid for her car and then told her I paid more for my used Honda Accord that had 40,000 miles on it. I realized at that point my dreams of owning a Mini could come true. The day my husband and I walked in to just take a test drive Lauren was the associate who was there to help. She was very knowledgeable and her personality was great. As much as I wanted to leave in a Mini that day we were in the process of buying a home and were advised to not make any major purchases. Lauren kept in contact with me for the 4 months following until we were finally able to order our Mini Countryman. She was very helpful with finding out what our needs were and what features would be best for us. I received a call from Lauren on a Saturday letting me know our Mini just arrived on the lot and we made an appointment to pick him up the following Saturday (we live 3 hours away). The day we arrived to pick up our Mini I think Lauren was as excited for us as we were to finally be taking him home. After noticing a picture on Lauren's desktop of an older Mini and a newer Mini side by side I asked if they were both hers. She then proceeded to tell us they were and she told us their names. We thought that was awesome because we had already picked out a name for ours, Otto, most people thought we were crazy because we name our cars, but we got that from my mother who had named hers Midnight Molli (with an I). Before we were sent on our way to enjoy Otto Lauren had given us both hugs and let us know if there was anything at all we needed to just give her a call. It was at this point we knew we made the best decision by purchasing our Mini from Allentown and working with Lauren through the whole process and becoming part of the Mini family! More

My experience with this dealer was beyond great. The associate Lauren was so warm and inviting I felt like I had known her forever. She was so professional and most of all extremely friendly. There was no pressure to buy like some other places that almost breathe down your neck to the point of running a customer off, there was none of that, instead there was the freeness to look around. That was so nice. I did not feel ignored nor did I feel pressure. The customer service was unlike any dealship I've ever visited. This young woman could sell anything. She truly thinks like a customer and respect your space. I don't know what else to say other than Great!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Mini of Allentown has a helpful and friendly staff. I love my MINI but we had trouble with the engine after the warranty expired and MINI OF ALLENTOWN took great care of us work with us every step until we got our car back at a price we could afford. Lauren and Elyse were just terrific from the first visit when we ordered our car up to the day we took delivery. Lauren loves people and Mini’s and was a real pleasure to work with. Elyse was not only able to get our financing approved but also got us a much lower interest rate. They make every effort to assure that all your concerns and questions are answered. I have never had a more enjoyable car buying experience. This place makes buying a car FUN. I had my old Mini serviced here as well and that too was a very positive experience.
