From the day we test drove (several cars!) to the day we picked up our new Mini, Lauren was patient and understood our questions and addressed our concerns. The finance process was quick and simple, we were able to order the exact car we wanted. Delivery was faster than expected, and the updates along the way are great--emails and text messages, plus the Owner's Lounge all helped us stay on top of the production and delivery process.
