Xm radio I had a problem with the XM radio package installed by the dealer. It was not what I requested. Mini of Allentown, PA was absolutely hands down the best experience we have ever had. We drove approximately 9 1/2 hours to get the Mini I wanted. A sale could not be done with our local dealer Dreyer & Reinbold (and those of you from Indiana know what I'm talking about). Also after driving 1 1/2 to Cincinnati Mini only for them to back out of that arrangement, I was more than willing to drive as far as I had to, to get the car I wanted. Mini of Allentown was more than competitive on the price of the car and I received exceptional customer service by both my Sales Advisor, Matt Murphy and Joe Grazer, the Sales Manager. These individuals and this Dealership, went above and beyond what is usually done to get the "deal sealed". I only wish I had know ahead of time and I could have saved myself almost six weeks of headaches with the local dealer. Save yourself the time and trouble and shop at Mini of Allentown first!!! More

This is the best car buying experience we have ever had Walking into MINI of Allentown you immediately feel at ease with the friendly and relaxed atmosphere. We were greeted by Lauren who then proceeded to Walking into MINI of Allentown you immediately feel at ease with the friendly and relaxed atmosphere. We were greeted by Lauren who then proceeded to be both informative and very patient while we agonized over the multitude of options. We ended up custom ordering a MINI Clubman, but the range of cars on the lot was impressive and covered all options from base spec to loaded which certainly helped with the decisions. When the car arrived the paperwork was a breeze and Lauren was very thorough an patient giving the tour of the car and the features. I would highly recommend this dealership if you are considering a MINI Cooper. More
