"A GREAT DEALERSHIP" for Service with an Excellent Service Advisor. Very Professional and Very Knowledgeable Mr. Austin Schlemmer was my Service Advisior on March 25, 2024. I checked in with Mr. Schle Service Advisor. Very Professional and Very Knowledgeable Mr. Austin Schlemmer was my Service Advisior on March 25, 2024. I checked in with Mr. Schlemmer at 8:00 AM Monday. He was very receptive to my main problem, My right hand low beam, passanger side came on, then flashed, then went out. I replaced the bulb, checked the connection and then determined that one of the two remaining modules was faulty. All in All I spent most of the entire day there, and had several conversations with Mr. Schlemmer regarding maintenance for my 2004 Min Cooper -S. I want to say Thank You to my Service Writers and also to his co-worker Mr. Robin Cox, and to the entire Mini Team who serviced my vehicle that day.
