Unbelievable When my husband and I arrived at the dealership We were unsure about what we wanted to do with our current Mini Countryman. We were greeted by Lauren When my husband and I arrived at the dealership We were unsure about what we wanted to do with our current Mini Countryman. We were greeted by Lauren and her smile assured us that we we going to get the help we needed. I say this to say that from the first time we ever purchased a Mini Cooper in 2012 Lauren won our hearts. She doesn’t just sell you a car she possesses a warm and personable demeanor that exudes friendship. So if anyone was going to sell us on anything it would have to be Lauren. On the day we arrive 6/4/19, Lauren was managing 3 customers with so much confidence and personal attention, that we waited patiently for above 3 hours for her specialized attention. During all this time she constantly thanked us for waiting and ask if she could get us any refreshments. I want to make it clear that by no means are we saying the the other representatives were inadequate or unfriendly everyone there was nice and very friendly . It’s just that Lauren feels like family, we’ve grown to love her, she’s a great person. She a tremendous asset to Mini of Allentown. More

Above and Beyond Experience My wife and I just purchased a retired 2019 Countryman service loaner to have another family vehicle. We already had a 2016 Cooper S Convertible that My wife and I just purchased a retired 2019 Countryman service loaner to have another family vehicle. We already had a 2016 Cooper S Convertible that we were returning this year on lease. Lauren was always in touch about what options we had once the lease ended. We decided on adding a Countryman to match another family vehicle we had already purchased. They offered us one of their service loaners and I have to say we couldn't be happier. We have one of the most unique minis in the valley and we are happy to be apart of the mini family for years to come. Lauren went above and beyond with all the off the wall questions I had and my weird work schedule. I would recommend this dealer to my own family and I have. My in laws also purchased their own Mini weeks before we took delivery of our giraffe countryman. Outside of the sale of the vehicle whenever I stop by I feel apart of the family and it feels like im just "hanging out" rather then purchasing a vehicle. Which in my opinion makes the whole experience of purchasing a vehicle non stressful and actually enjoyable. I look forward to purchasing another vehicle from them in the future. More

They Stand Behind The Cars They Sell We bought our 2015 Countryman S All4 from MINI of Allentown in the summer of 2018 as a Certified Pre-Owned Car, with an excellent warranty. We return We bought our 2015 Countryman S All4 from MINI of Allentown in the summer of 2018 as a Certified Pre-Owned Car, with an excellent warranty. We returned this Spring (2019) for our first service and State inspection since buying the car, and the technician discovered a problem with the window washer that we had not realized where the washer pump was not working properly. So, as part of their service they replaced the faulty pump with no questions free of charge. Now, honestly, this is my idea of doing business properly! It took a little longer as we waited for the car, but if I have to wait anywhere, the best place to be is with friendly people "and" where there are plenty of MINI's to look at while waiting on our car's service. Kudos to a great crew at MINI of Allentown! More

Unscheduled repair My brand new 2019 Mini Countryman unexpectedly had an issue with the sunroof not being able to close. It was an easy fix; just had to be re-initialize My brand new 2019 Mini Countryman unexpectedly had an issue with the sunroof not being able to close. It was an easy fix; just had to be re-initialized. However, my usual service manager was out for the day, and Luis took in my car without an appointment, and already being swamped with a large handful of other appointments. He kept me informed during every step of the process, washed and vacuumed the car as well. Professionalism at its finest. Luis adds to the many reasons why I love working with the Mini of Allentown! More
