Visit to Mini was great. I scheduled an appointment for an oil change. They checked other things such as tire pressure, etc. automatically which was appreciated. I came in for a different appointment and mentioned an issue I was having with my tire and they took the car in and diagnosed the problem and replaced the tire, washed and vacuumed the car in about an hou issue I was having with my tire and they took the car in and diagnosed the problem and replaced the tire, washed and vacuumed the car in about an hour and a half and were very friendly and accommodating.
