He had most of the paperwork done by the time I arrived, so I wouldn't have to wait any longer than necessary. He was so friendly and not at all pushy. Would definitely recommend the dealership and Theo. Mini of Sterling is about 45 miles away from my house - not at all convenient to me - but it was worth the drive. The professionalism of everyone I interacted with was top-notch. More
