I took the truck home and had a small issue with it,so i called Bill up and he had it fixed overnight,no questions asked, I was very very please to do business with MB Motorsports and I will definitely refer my friends and family. Justin helped me out alot with his knowledge and told me if i need any thing to call him anytime and he will help me out. I traveled from upstate N.Y to visit MB Motorsports to look at a Chevy Tahoe they had listed on Auto Trader. He then pulled the truck into their detail shop and a worker showed me the multi-step buffing process on one body panel. It came out great ! I left a deposit and returned the following week to pick up the truck. Despite an epic snowstorm in N.J just two days before my pick up date, the vehicle was ready and waiting and all the scratches had been removed as promised. the following day at home in up state N.Y. I noticed that the fuel gauge was reading erroneously. I contacted Justin, and without hesitation he offered to repair it. I told him that driving 5 hours back to N.J. would be difficult for me due to my work schedule. He then offered to send my a check for the repair. I sent him a quote from my mechanic and received the check soon after. Justin was extremely polite and professional during the whole sales process and followed up with phone calls and e-mails to make sue I was 100% satisfied with the purchase. I went to MB Motorsports because I read the glowing reviews online. I met with John Yesko in order to purchase a car for my daughters. Surprisingly I was contacted within 48 hrs of purchasing the car; a courtesy call, from my experience after a car has been sold that is the last you hear from the salesperson they don't care about "how is t the car; a courtesy call, from my experience after a car has been sold that is the last you hear from the salesperson they don't care about "how is the car? Any problems? Anything else I can do for you?" Phenomenal! Unfortunately I did have a problem with the car & it was taken care of IMMEDIATLY no if &'s or buts about it; problem solved & in great time, no waiting around forever, no "playing" where's Waldo (in my case) where's Justin, anytime I called to check on the status he was there to take my call, never did I have to leave a message & wait for a call back & if Justin had to call me back it was within 1 hr. Once again when problem was rectified a phone call from Justin "Is everything ok? Anything else we can do for you & if so don't hesitate to call" Again, never have I had a salesperson be so efficient & actually show his customer that he cares, 99% of the time a car sales person makes his sale & completely forgets who you are and/or doesn't care to deal with you anymore UNLESS they are making another sale! Justin your that 1% & I can't thank you enough for making this a NON-STRESS experience for me & my son!
