I have dealt with some new car dealerships to buy or lease and have bought numerous cars ,motorcycles and trucks from private parties. This was my first experience with a pre-owned dealer in my 37 years lease and have bought numerous cars ,motorcycles and trucks from private parties. This was my first experience with a pre-owned dealer in my 37 years . I responded to the ad on Craigs List, called and was welcomed by Justin to come over. I was looking at a pre-owned Toyota Tacoma 4x4 and asked Justin to take it for a ride over to my mechanic to have him check it out. He copied my licience and threw me the keys. I was gone for nearly 2 hours and then sat down to negoiate. It was a low pressure, easy , and comfortable process taking less than 5 minutes. We met about half way in price negotiation and he has handled all the details. He was professional, friendly and helpful along the entire process. I have felt like I have been a customer for 50 years and the trust that goes along with that kind of relationship. Contacted this dealership about a Volvo that I had seen on autotrader. Justin followed up with several e-mails and a phone call. Initially he seemed professional and diligent, until we spoke on the phone. The vehicle I was considering is a higher mileage import. I explained to him that I was potential cash buyer, and due to some common fail items on this specific make and model vehicle (there are countless references all over the internet from past and current owners), I would like to pay for a PPI (pre-purchase inspection) in advance prior to me purchasing. This is where he became flaky. He told me that due to the higher miles it would more than likely be exported, however he didn't say that it was specifically designated only for export. He said that he didn't want to take it to a Volvo dealership (for a PPI) because it would come back with 5 pages of things wrong with the vehicle. I explained to him that I knew that the vehicle was a higher mileage used vehicle, and I didn't expect it to be perfect, however wanted to make sure that there were no significant high dollar items that would need immediate addressing after purchase. I told him that I had been told that the transmission was a common fail item on this specific make and model vehicle, and I just wanted to make sure that the major components such as the cooling system, transmission, and the engine did not need to be addressed immediately after purchase. After I told him my position, he directly told me; "I don't believe that this vehicle is for you." I was speechless, I could not believe that he was pushing my business and money away and was not willing to propose some type of plausible solution for my business. I guess business is just really exceptional at their dealership despite the souring economy. I would definitely not recommend them. I was definitely not impressed and will be taking my business and money elsewhere. I will be going to someone that actually wants my business. More

We dealt with Justin, i was very pleased with his service. I had called earlier in the morning to make sure the truck was still available. As soon as we got to the dealer he was right there. My fiance looked at the truck test drove it and Justin understood we had to wait a few hours before we could purchase the car. The dealer closed at 5pm on Saturday, we got there at about 4:55pm he stayed late to help us with all the paper work and had us in and out of there in no time. My fiance is so excited to be driving in his truck! It was a great deal! More

Communicated with George and he told me that they still had the car I was looking at online. Got to the dealer, which is a half an hour away and it had been sold 3 days ago. Wasted over an hour. When I discovered a couple of issues immediately after I purchased the car, MB Motorsports made the necessary repairs right away without any troubles. I was impressed by how serious they were about standing behind the cars that they sell. Finally, the service department was friendly, flexible, quick and easy to work with. I always was skeptical about purchasing a vehicle from a smaller dealer... And after dealing with Justin at MB Motor Sports he has completely changed my outlook. I was in the market for a SUV/Truck. Afte smaller dealer... And after dealing with Justin at MB Motor Sports he has completely changed my outlook. I was in the market for a SUV/Truck. After browsing online I came across a few H3s I liked and narrowed it down. One Being a GM dealer the other being MB Motor Sports. Both vehicles around the same year/price/miles. I stopped by the GM dealer first and was completely disappointed and almost gave up there... The vehicle was just dirty and the brakes were awful and pulsating. I continued to MB Motor Sports and was amazed at the professionalism by their sales associate Justin. He answered any questions I had with great knowledge. The vehicle was immaculate. From the outside to inside and under the hood. It looked brand new. I inspected the vehicle all around and couldn't find a single thing to complain about. I knew that was what I wanted and that is exactly what I got... A day later I noticed one of the tires didn't look right in one spot that I didn't notice. Being a part time mechanic it looked like the tire was breaking a part as if a defect in the tire. I called Justin up and he took care of it with no hesitation. Justin and his fellow sales associates definitely take pride in how they present themselves and are very friendly. I would highly recommend MB Motor Sports to any one in the market and definitely will go back there for any future vehicles FIRST. If you don't want to deal with normal dealers with the run around garbage they pull... Check MB Motor Sports out. They have good prices, great customer service, and make shopping for a vehicle painless and fun. More
