My wife and i were looking for a Rav 4.. we live in NYC and most of the Ravs we looked at, in the area were really over price. we finally found MB motor at car guru.com and we found a 2007 RAV that we fel and most of the Ravs we looked at, in the area were really over price. we finally found MB motor at car guru.com and we found a 2007 RAV that we fell in love with. we got a quick response from Justin and we drove 76 miles to take a look at it. the conditions of the car were outstanding and Justin was really helpful. We made a deal that same day and drove out with the car few days later. the only down side part of the experience was that few days after purchase we had to drive all of the way back with the car, to their maintenance department to get some minor parts replaced and fix. the good thing is that they were able to do the repairs at no extra cost. not all dealers provide that service, and for that thank you JUSTIN for taking care of us!! It was a pleasure doing business with Justin @ MB. I had been to a few dealerships and left every time shaking my head. I took a few months off, and started my search again. I found an add for the vehicle I been to a few dealerships and left every time shaking my head. I took a few months off, and started my search again. I found an add for the vehicle I purchased on Craigslist and was able to see the vehicle the same day, and Justin made the rest easy. No pressure, answered all of my questions honestly, without hesitation, and without having to go talk to a boss. I cannot tell you how awkward dealerships made it for me, salesman goes to talk to boss, then both go talk to finance manager. I really like the way MB does business, and will be pushing family members to get a vehicle from MB some time in the not so distant future. More

I lost both my cars in hurricane Sandy and needed some vehicles pronto. The vehicles were very clean and looked like they had been well maintained, they seemed to be mechanicaly sound as well.We had the pleasure of dealing with one of their sales people "Justin Smith " who was friendly and easy going and made the process smooth and easy.There was a minor problem with the driveside window not working properly and he promptly sent it out for repairs and it came back working fine. It appears they are customer service driven and I found this to be one of the most important factors in my decision to buy.
