Extremely helpful and friendly. I was interested in the BMW I bought for about 3 weeks and finally decided to give it a shot. Justin, helped me with everything through the phone since I lived far. Some minor wear and tear in the exterior that you couldn't see in the photos, but other than that the deal was good, because the car had a broken tail light and they offered to reimburse me for the expenses, when I got it fixed.
