The service department is impossible to get a hold of. I eventually had to go through Justin to get a hold of someone in the service department. After the work was completed for my car, I went to pick up the my keys at 4:30. The Service department is supposed to close at 5. No one was available to talk to about the work done or give me any paperwork associated with the work done. I had to have one of the salesman get me my keys to pick up my vehicle. That being said. I would recommend this dealer and Justin Smith. Just be careful of the service department. More

I located the dealership through carsforsale.com when I was searching for a specific car. I then did some research and based in large part on the reviews I found here decided to take the one hour trip up was searching for a specific car. I specifically requested Justin because of the very positive reviews. Justin had the car ready to look at and test drive. He was able to answer my questions and was very open about sharing the information on the car, including the car's history and the work done by the dealership. The whole experience was positive and I returned 4 days later to pick up the car. One small issue came up afterwards and Justin helped me out right away. I would not hesitate to recommend MB to anyone looking for a car and I will be sure to check back in with Justin next time I am back in the market for a vehicle. More

My husband and I live in New York and recently bought a Cadillac Escalade from MB Motorsports. We had this vehicle shipped to us and received it Sunday morning. Today is Wednesday and we already are havi Cadillac Escalade from MB Motorsports. We had this vehicle shipped to us and received it Sunday morning. Today is Wednesday and we already are having issues. Although the paperwork stated Limited Warranty they are claiming that due to the fact that they came down $400 in price that the vehicle was sold "as is". The warranty they state now only covers drive train. So we are now almost $1000 in repairs for a vehicle that we spent more than $14,000 for and have only had 3 days and they are going to send us a check for $150 because they claim that's all they would have had to pay for the part!!! Now mind you these people knew that we lived out of state. One would have thought if they were a respectable company that they would have stated they would not pay for any repairs. I am truly disappointed and would NEVER recommend this facility to anyone, so beware if you have found their ads online. More
